Account Deletion

You can delete your Milestone Passport account — and everything in it — directly inside the app, in under a minute, with no questions asked. This page explains exactly how it works.

How to delete your account

1Open the app and go to the Profile tab.

2Tap Delete account. A summary shows everything that will be erased.

3Tap Continue to delete, then type DELETE to confirm.

4That's it. Your account is deactivated immediately.

What gets deleted

Everything tied to your account, from your device and from our servers: your passport, stamps and cover design · your scratch map with visited and want-to-go countries · all Travelog albums, memories and generated travel books · your bucketlist and achievements · your account details (username, email, sign-in). Nothing is kept for marketing, analytics or any other purpose.

The 30-day grace period

Deletion is immediate but not instantly irreversible: your account is deactivated the moment you confirm, and permanently erased from our servers within 30 days. If you change your mind, simply sign back in during those 30 days and everything is restored. After 30 days, recovery is impossible — for anyone, including us.

Important: deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or it will keep renewing. Billing is handled entirely by the stores — we never store payment details.

Can't access the app?

If you no longer have the app installed or can't sign in, email devtee000@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We verify it's you and complete the same deletion, with the same 30-day window, and confirm by reply.

Want your data first?

Before deleting, you can export your passport pages (PNG) and your Travelog albums as travel books (PDF) from Profile → Export. Once the 30 days pass, exports are no longer possible.
